Leedean Burke, age 81, of Columbus, passed away on February 25, 2012. She was born August 23, 1930 to the late John and Virgie (Cornett) Adams in Inez, KY. Leedean was retired from Lucent Technologies and was a volunteer of the Pioneers. She is survived by her son, David Burke; daughters, Kathy McKinney, Jamie Wagner; five grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews. Leedean was preceded by her husband of 33 years, James R. Burke. Arrangements handled by the Pfeifer Funeral Home. The family will hold private services at a later date. Donations may be made in Leedean's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
