Roger L Blankenship, 76 of Baltimore, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, July 26th 2023. He was born February 16th 1947 in Big Rock, Virginia. He was the son of Robert and Emma (Sneed) Blankenship. In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his brothers Homer, Clinton and Clifford and sisters Geneva, JoAnn & Brendan. He is survived by his wife Sally; brother James & Joyce (Ratliff) Blankenship. Sisters: Juanita Thacker, Phyllis & Jim Alley, Evylena & Carl Mustard, Linda Starr: Brother In Law Homer, sister in law Bonnie (Caudill) Blankenship and many nieces & nephews. He is dearly missed by many close friends & family, especially Brian McClellan & Kenny Crawford who were like sons to him. Roger enjoyed many activities, especially fishing, taking care of his yard & garden restoring his 1959 Chevy Tahoe truck with his brother Jimmy & nephew Ronald, road trips with his wife Sally, car show trips with nephews Ronald & Randy, and his pets (Toby & Patches). We will be having a Celebration of life on September 9th 2023.
